In this Fat loss 4 idiots review im going to take a slightly different approach here. What I did was research what people were saying in forums and sites like Yahoo Answers about the ebook. The keypoint here is almost everyone who was using the program was indeed losing weight, but some people were not following the diet as strickly as others were. I know even the low scale of my results at 3 pounds in 10 days is pretty good for a long term diet, but for extremely quick weight loss the results may not be what you are looking for. 

The program itself revolves around something known as calorie shifting which is pretty cool. I use to lift weights alot and know that one of the best ways to actually gain new muscle was to switch things up a bit. What I mean here is instead of doing curls everyday for my biceps it would be better to do some other type of exercise for them every once and a while to “shock” my body. Needless to say it worked for me, combined with the proper rest I gained alot of new muscle using this method. You keep some of the core foods but switch things up to keep your metabolism up to burn more fat. Also this keeps things from getting stale from a dieters standpoint.

I will  also say I saw a few post about people who were using the program but not following some of the guidelines. Some people would eat correctly but would not do the walking needed for the program. These were usually the group of people claiming they only lost 3 pounds in a 5-10 day period. In order for the program to work you are going to have to follow the guidelines outlined, otherwise how do you expect to lose weight?

In conclusion I feel that this program is actually pretty good. Im not going to lie here and say you will lose 50 pounds in 3 weeks.
